Additional permissions have been obtained from suppliers to reproduce the playback material purchased, allowing sets to be formulated and produced directly to CD.
Additional licenses have also been purchased from the UK Copyright Service allowing set CDs (and promotional CDs) to be produced legally - ensuring that performance licenses are not breached and that composers/copyright owners receive any royalties due from the reproduction of their work.
All of the material used by Steve Adams and any promotional material supplied is protected by international copyright law and it is an infringement of such laws to copy, record, reproduce, lend, borrow, hire, sell or distribute any of the work produced or supplied, either in whole or in part; this list is not exhaustive and also applies to unauthorised filming or recording of live performances.
